I'm back
We've had a rough few weeks but I think we're on the up-and-up. It started with getting sick. It seems like that's how most of our rough times start. Madeleine's cold turned into ear and sinus infections. Then she started a new bedtime habit of throwing up within 30 seconds of being laid down. Matt and I tried everything we could to get her to go to sleep without crying (and thus throwing up) but it usually meant she would not be put in her crib awake and it could take 3 or more hours of battling in order for her to get so exhausted she'd finally sleep. We all were sleeping less and less but it's beginning to turn back to normal with better sleeping and happy awake times. Through it all Madeleine has transitioned from two naps to one and she's also popped out her first molar. Whew. I haven't had time to do much of my own projects, needless to say. But I do have ideas for a quilt for our family, not to be given away. :) ...
